Terms of Service

1) Social casino; entertainment only

• The Service is a social casino intended for entertainment purposes only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money to win real money on the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value: any in-game coins, credits, points, or items ("Virtual Items") have no cash value, are not redeemable for money, and cannot be exchanged for real-world goods/services.

2) Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping login credentials confidential.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws.

3) Virtual Items and purchases

• Virtual Items are licensed to you, not sold, and are for use only within the Service.
• All sales (if offered) are final to the maximum extent permitted by law; Virtual Items are not refundable or transferable.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Virtual Items, features, or the Service at any time.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security.
• Use bots, automation, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Harass others, post unlawful content, or violate any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to buy/sell accounts or Virtual Items outside the Service.

5) Intellectual property

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and game content, is owned by LuckyPlay Harbor LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and other applicable laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

6) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that results (including gameplay outcomes) will meet expectations.

7) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyPlay Harbor LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or for operational/legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and Virtual Items may be forfeited.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10) Governing law; venue (U.S.)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
